This policy explains how BrightLabs Infrasoft Solutions Private Limited handles personal data. There are two very different things to cover and they are kept apart, because the answers are not the same.
1. The self-hosted software: we collect nothing
When you run agi-cos on your own machine, it does not contact us. There is no telemetry, no analytics, no licence check and no phone-home. There is no account to create and no hosted control plane to connect to.
Your briefs, your code, your repositories, your employees’ records and your model keys stay in your own database and on your own disk. We could not see them if we wanted to. The only network requests the application makes are to the model providers you configure, using the credentials you supply, under whatever terms you have agreed with them — that traffic is between you and them.
You are the data controller for everything inside your instance. If you feed personal data into it, your obligations under applicable data protection law are yours.
2. This website
This site is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies for tracking or advertising, has no analytics or fingerprinting scripts, and does not build a profile of you.
What is processed, and why:
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request data — IP address, timestamp, page requested, user agent — to serve the site and keep it secure. This is the ordinary operation of a web server.
- A theme preference. If you choose light or dark, that choice is stored in your browser’s local storage. It never leaves your device and we never see it. It is a preference, not an identifier.
- Fonts and assets. Served from this domain. No third-party font or CDN request is made from these pages.
3. If you email us
We keep your message and address so we can reply and maintain a record of the conversation. We do not add you to a mailing list without you asking.
4. If you sponsor or purchase
Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card details go to them and never to us — we do not see, store or process card numbers. We receive confirmation of the transaction and the contact details you provided, which we keep for accounting and tax purposes as required by law in India.
Razorpay is an independent controller for the payment data it processes, under its own privacy policy.
Your name appears on the public sponsor wall only if you ask us to. Paying is not consent to be published, and we ask before adding anybody.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only with the providers needed to operate: our hosting provider, our email provider and Razorpay for payments — and where we are required to by law.
6. Retention
Correspondence is kept as long as it is useful for the matter it concerns. Transaction records are kept for the period required by tax and accounting law. Server logs are kept for our hosting provider’s standard period.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or export the personal data we hold about you, to object to processing, or to complain to a supervisory authority. Write to support@brightlabsinfrasoft.com and we will respond.
Note that for anything inside your self-hosted instance we cannot help, because we have no access to it — that data is yours and only yours to change.
8. Children
This site and these services are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
9. Changes
Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page.
